1 الدفعة المقدمة هي عربون حجز فقط و تخضع لتوافر الطلب من المصنع. وال تعتبر تأكيداً للبيع
1. The down payment is only a booking value subject to availability from the factory.
-2 شركة الخريف ملتزمة فقط بتأمين الموديل المطلوب بعد تأكيد المصنع على الطلب خالل شهر من تاريخه. و يحق للشركة إبالغ العميل بعدم
إمكانية تنفيذ طلبه حسب رد المصنع.
2. ACC is obliged only to supply the selected model only after factory confirmation within one month from
down payment date. ACC has the right to regret for delivering to the customer based on factory
feedback.
-3 الدفعة المقدمة ليست تأكيداً بالتسليم للعميل و إنما فقط تمنحه األولوية في االستالم حسب الكمية المتوفرة من المصنع.
3. The Down payment isn’t a final confirmation of delivering the product. But only acts as a priority for
delivery based on factory supply capacity.
-4 تلتزم شركة الخريف التجارية برد الدفعة المقدمة بالكامل للعميل في حال تعذر على المصنع اإلمداد للموديل المطلوب.
4. Alkhorayef Company is committed to fully refund the down payment in case the factory regrets to
deliver the required product at its own discretion.
-5 في حال رغب العميل في إلغاء الحجز حسب رغبته، سيتم خصم رسوم إدارية لإللغاء و قدرها %5 من قيمة المنتج.
5. In Case the customer wishes to cancel the deal by his own will; a deduction fee of 5% of the total
product value will be deducted from the down payment as administrative fees
