تأكيد الطلب | Order Confirmation
تلتزم شركة الخريف التجارية بتأمين الموديل المطلوب، وفي حال تعذر التوريد يتم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل للعميل.
Alkhorayef Commercial Company commits to supplying the requested model, and in case delivery is not possible, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
مدة التوصيل | Delivery Period
مدة التوصيل القصوى 3 أشهر من تاريخ الحجز.
في حال تأخرالتسليم عن المدة المحددة يُعاد المبلغ بالكامل دون رسوم.
أما في حال طلب العميل الإلغاء خلال المدة، يتم خصم 1% من قيمة الدراجة كرسوم إدارية.
The maximum delivery time is 3 months from the booking date.
In case the delivery is delayed beyond the specified period, the full amount will be refunded with no fees.
If the customer cancels during this period, 1% of the bike’s value will be deducted as an admin fee.
