Down Payment
The down payment is a booking deposit only, not a final sale confirmation.

Order Confirmation
Alkhorayef Commercial Company commits to supplying the requested model, and in case delivery is not possible, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

Delivery Period
The maximum delivery time is 3 months from the booking date. In case the delivery is delayed beyond the specified period, the full amount will be refunded with no fees. If the customer cancels during this period, 1% of the bike's value will be deducted as an admin fee.
