Down Payment
The down payment is a booking deposit only, not a final sale confirmation.
Order Confirmation
Alkhorayef Commercial Company commits to supplying the requested model, and in case delivery is not possible, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
Delivery Period
The maximum delivery time is 3 months from the booking date. In case delivery is delayed beyond the specified period, the full amount will be refunded with no fees. If the customer requests cancellation during this period, 1% of the bike's value will be deducted as an admin fee.
General Terms
Prices include VAT. All orders depend on factory availability. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction.
Protective Gear
The offer includes protective gear for each booking (maximum two pieces), selected from a pre-set collection.
